The name "Tara" is an homage to Green Tara, a symbol of compassion, wisdom, and swift, thoughtful action—qualities I strive to embody in every collaboration. My work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and is shaped by my personal practices of movement and meditation.
